It needs nourishment and if you don’t give the body what it needs first thing it will over eat all day long trying to catch up. Sodas, Starbucks, and gas station coffee is extreamly high in calories. Its hard to just stop drinking these types of drinks and the good news is you don’t have to, just slow down and cut back a little. Soon your body will not want it and you won’t even notice.
3) Exercise is still a best way to drop weight. Avoid riding in the car and messing with the car seats. Take the little one out for a walk, besides it’s easier to get out the stroller then it is to get in the car.
Get a picture of yourself when you were happy with your body or someone else’s body that you would love to have and hang it behind a mirror in your bathroom or in the closet. Touch it every day for motivation. It works! All-in-all, just tell yourself that you can do it.
